  • Can I update my website content?

    Yes. Our Web-based tools allow you to log in and easily update content from any web browser.

  • What do I need to provide for my site?

    We have an onboarding form you will fill out to get a rundown of everything we need from you to have your site up and running.

  • How long does it take to set up my site?

    As soon as you sign up, we get busy working on the setup of your site and setting a meeting to discuss your business and brand. It can take 1 to 2 weeks to launch your custom site design. 

  • Is there a contract, or can I cancel at any time?

    Yes, we use contracts to confirm our mutual commitment of working together. Our goal is to surpass your expectations of what a website should be and how a website technology partner works with you. If you are ever dissatisfied, you may cancel at any time. We do however have a 30 day cancellation policy meaning you will need to cancel 30 days prior to your next billing date to avoid an additional month's billing. If you received discounts or promotions when you sign up, an early termination requires repayment of those discounts.

  • How do I get support or request a change to my website?

    You can contact us via email at support@bullsai.com.  Our website experts are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM  (PST).

  • Why should I subscribe to a monthly plan if I can just pay for my website all at one and never pay again?

    In a long-term analysis, monthly packages are almost always cheaper. In addition, bullsai's services give your business insurance against imponderables. For example, a similar site compared to our complete package will range in price from $5000-$6000, not including yearly hosting or domain fees ($500/yr). Most websites must be refreshed after 1-2 years to stay relevant. After a few years with other agencies, on the low end, you will have spent around $5500. With a bullsai monthly package, you can rest assured that in most cases the long-term costs are equivalent, that extra changes are covered, your costs are fixed, and you can keep cash in your company instead of paying unexpected fees to maintain your site.

  • What other fees can I expect from a Bullsai package?

    All Bullsai packages come complete. There are absolutely no additional fees. All packages include hosting, domain names, etc.



  • Do I own the website?

    You own all of the unique content on the website, Bullsai proprietary technology is non-transferable and 3rd party plugins. In the event that you wanted to discontinue your website and move to a separate website:

    1. We will create an export file that would include all of your posts, pages, and menu structure.
    2. You will need to hire a designer to recreate your website design and purchase all required 3rd party software. Bullsai websites are created on a proprietary platform that is not transferable.
    3. You will have to reconfigure your IDX account by contacting your IDX vendor. Cancelling Bullsai services will terminate any special pricing deal for IDX services available to our clients exclusively.

    The cost of doing an external site transfer is determined on a per-site basis. Our hourly rate to package up your site is $150/hr and in most cases should only take 2 hours to complete for a basic website.


    Note: This is very important to mention – if you decide to move your site away from Bullsai you will lose all of our proprietary tools and features that come with your site. These include items such as analytics, Custom Forms, and Buyer/Seller pages.
